Return & Refund Policy

In accordance with hygiene regulations, underwear and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Before shipping, each item undergoes a quality check and is packed according to your order. If you made a mistake while placing your order, please contact us immediately — we will make the necessary changes before shipment whenever possible.

Exchanges or Refunds Are Possible Only in the Following Cases:

• manufacturing defects;

• an error on our part (incorrect size, color, or model).

In such cases, we guarantee a replacement or a refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after confirmation, using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Cases

In all other cases (items of proper quality, correct size and color selected by the customer), returns are not accepted.
