Return and Refund Policy

According to hygiene standards, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Before shipping, each product undergoes a quality check and is assembled according to your order. If you make a mistake during checkout, let us know immediately and we will make changes to the order before shipping.

Exchange or refund is possible only in cases:

• production defect;
• errors on our part (wrong size, color or model).

In such situations, we guarantee a replacement or refund. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days after confirmation, using the same method of payment.

In all other cases (goods of proper quality, correct size and color chosen by the customer) - no refund is made .
